Helping create a multi-year plan

We assisted the TU Delft’s Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in drawing up a new multi-year plan (in Dutch and in English) for areas ranging from education and research to human resources, research facilities, and faculty housing. Key areas included challenges related to rapid growth of the student and faculty body, the importance of diversity in both student and staff communities, and a desire to continue to focus faculty efforts on a limited set of major societal challenges.
